In caso di ridotta produttività imputabile al committente, l'impresa ha diritto al ristoro delle spese generali, delle spese per il personale fisso di cantiere, per attrezzature e mezzi d'opera e relative manutenzioni, per noleggi, delle spese fisse continuative di cantiere, guardiania e fideiussione oltre al ristoro del mancato guadagno che un impiego produttivo di personale e mezzi avrebbe potuto garantire.

In case of reduced productivity indictable to the customer, the contractor is entitled to the refund of general expen-ses, of expenses for permanent staff of the construction yard, equipment and work machinery and relative mainte-nance, of rentals, ofongoing fixed costs of the construction yard, and of surveillance and insurance costs in addition to refunds of lost profits that productive use of staff and resources couldinstead have provided.
