Dal 1° ottobre 2015 entrano in vigore le nuove Linee Guida Nazionali in materia di certificazione energetica degli edifici introdotte dal DM 26 giugno 2015. L'articolo illustra tutte le principali novità con particolare riferimento alle norme che regolano il Servizio di Attestazione di prestazione energetica degli edifici e alle sanzioni per gli operatori nel caso di inosservanza delle nuove procedure.

Starting October 1th, 2015 come into force the new national guidelines for energy certification of buildings introduced by Ministry Decree June 26, 2015. The article illustrates all the main innovations with particular reference to the rules governing the Certification Service of the energy performance of buildings and to the sanctions to operators in case of non-compliance of the new procedures.
