In un momento, come l’attuale, in cui si registra, per il settore delle costruzioni-immobiliare-degli impianti nonché dei servizi ad essi correlato, una pesante contrazione a causa dei ridotti finanziamenti pubblici, la qualità del progetto resta la fondamentale garanzia per la realizzazione di un’opera conseguente alle aspettative della società e a quanto programmato da parte dalla Pubblica Amministrazione: un “buon” progetto assicura la realizzazione dell’opera ed il rispetto del costo previsto, a beneficio del bene comune.

In a time, like the present one, where there is, for the construction-real estate-plants industry, as well as for the related services, a heavy contraction due to the reduced public funding, the quality of the project remains the fundamental guarantee for a building realization responding to the society expectations and to what is programmed by the Public Administration: a “good” project ensures the realization of the work and the respect of estimated costs, to the benefit of the common good.
