The article presents the latest innovations introduced in the Italian legislation in the field of energy performance of buildings. In particular, the innovations include the changes introduced by Law 9/2014, conversion with modification of the decree law “Destination Italy”, to the Decree of the President of the Republic 75/2013 governing the accreditation of energy certifiers of buildings.
